Kenneth R. Waters Obituary
With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Kenneth R. Waters of Endwell, New York, who passed away on November 24, 2022 at the age of 81. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
He was loved and cherished by many people including: his parents, Mary Wahneta Blackwell Waters and Raymond Charles Waters of Endwell; his wife Bonnie Gillis Waters; his brother James Waters (Karen); his sisters-in-law, Pat Waters and Roxanne Waters; his stepdaughter Leslie Graham (Robert); his grandchildren, Kelsey Van Aken, David and Stephen Graham; and his siblings, Lynn Waters, Michael Waters and Patricia DeCerbo (Richard). He was also cherished by several nieces and nephews.
