He was predeceased by: his wife Venita; his former wives, Karen and Regina; and his sisters, Noelwah Netusil and Betty Jane Jacobs.
He is survived by: his children, Elizabeth Kalmanowicz (Ken), Kenneth Hottenstein (Kathy), David Hottenstein (Tami), Marjorie Hottenstein, Donald Kinstler (Pam), Russell Stevens and Nicholas Stevens; and his siblings, Janet Tomasak and William Hottenstein. He is also survived by 14 grandchildren, several great-grandchildren.
Due to Covid-19 related gathering restrictions, in person attendance on Saturday is by invitation only.
