She was predeceased by: her parents, Gilbert Bacon and Anna Mae Glezen (Bacon); her former husband Robert L. Phelps; her brother Doug; her sister-in-law Debbie Bacon; her aunt Florence "Sissy" Green; her uncle Vernon Green; her cousins, James and Kathy Green; her uncle Bud Barber (Dolly) of Ticonderoga; and her aunt Cecile Hartman.
She is survived by: her stepfather Reginald Glezen; and her daughters, Deborah Phelps (Joseph Longo) of Endicott, NY and Cheryl (Trey Worthy). She is also survived by numerous cousins, grand nieces and nephews.
