She is survived by: her daughters, Theresa Janisiewicz and Jean Prusik; her grandchildren, Philip and Nicole Janisiewicz; and her great grandchildren, Zofia and Zoriana Czebiniak. She is also survived by nieces, nephews, cousins, and friends.
