She was predeceased by: her parents, Andrew Katusak and Mary Katusak (Vint); and her sisters, Margaret Charsky (Matthew), Marion Madden (Robert) and Theresa Wall.
She is survived by: her brothers, Andrew Katusak (Betty) and Robert Katusak (Connie); and her close friends, Helen Demetry, Walter, Lorrie Kessler, Marcy Mansour, John, Beverly Harkness, Joan Tassey, Helen Kaspryk and Mary O'Hara. She is also survived by 22 nieces and nephews; great nieces and nephews and many cousins.
