Eleanor G. Downing Obituary
It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Eleanor G. Downing of Endwell, New York, who passed away on October 6, 2022, at the age of 88, leaving to mourn family and friends. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
She was predeceased by: her parents, Douglas Greig and Elizabeth Greig; and her sister Betsy Greig of Amsterdam. She is survived by: her husband Barry H. Downing; her children, Douglas Wright (Dawn), Christine Johnson of Greenfield, MA and Jonathan Wright; her sisters, Roberta Schneider and Judy Archibald (David) of Lexington, MA; her stepsons, Scott Downing (Jennifer) of Vandalia, OH, Ross Downing of Dayton, OH and Todd Downing (Miriah); and her former husband Walter C. Wright (Denise). She is also survived by ten grandchildren, seven great grandchildren, and four step grandchildren.
