He was predeceased by: his parents, Edward F. and Verna Osick, Sr.. He is survived by: his significant other Nancy A. Mack of Endwell; his brother John; his sister-in-law Eileen Osick of Johnson City; his sister Catherine Schermerhorn of Martinsburg, WV; and his nieces and nephews, Marie Chieco (Phil), Jerred Osick, Christine Sherman (Steve) and William Schermerhorn.
