She is survived by: her son David Malchak; her daughter-in-law Kathleen; her grandchildren, Hayley Ann Malchak, Amy Kathleen Malchak and David Andrew Malchak (Marianna) of Raleigh, NC.; her siblings, Lillian Kirkham of Saratoga, CA. and William; and her sister-in-law Mildred Urdanick of Myrtle Beach, SC. She is also survived by several cousins, nieces and nephews.
