He was predeceased by: his parents, Leonard Roe and Nettie Roe (Meade); and his siblings, Arlene Decker, Lillian Hall, Beverly Lawrence, Leonard, Jr., Raymond Roe and Robert Roe.
He is survived by: his wife Anna Roe (Rebich) of Endwell; his children, Mary Ellen Steiner (Robert) of Auburn, NY, Patricia Sweeney of Binghamton, Thomas Roe (Kathy) of Hallstead, PA and Jennifer Gould (Barry) of Tuscaloosa, AL; his grandchildren, Stephanie, Shannon, Michael, Bobby, Brittnee, Ashley, Abigail, Adam, Alexander, Nicholas and Zachary; and his siblings, Beatrice Tross, Betty Ruth Williams, William Roe and Frederick Roe. He is also survived by several nieces, nephews and cousins.
In lieu of flowers, the family requests memorial gifts be made to the Conklin Presbyterian Church, 1175 Conklin Rd. Conklin NY 13748.
