He was predeceased by: his parents, Donald Sr. and Catherine; his siblings, David Sr. and Mary Hoskins; and his parents-in-law, Nicholas and Irene Agatheas.
He is survived by: his wife Ginny Ousterout (Agatheas); his grandchildren, Ivy, Ava, Violet, Matthew, Charlotte, Jackson, Cora, Gracie, Patrick and Nolan; his nephew David Ousterout Jr.; his siblings-in-law, Eileen Ousterout and Mark Hoskins; his nieces, Amy Donahue, Erin Tinder and Jaime Hoskins; and his siblings-in-law, Connie Brennan, Patti Murphy, Nikki Corgel (Tom) and Bill Agatheas. He is also survived by several nieces, nephews and extended family.
