He was predeceased by: his grandparents, Michael Dwornik, Velma Dwornik, Fortune Zucco and Florence Zucco. He is survived by: his parents, Ronald Dwornik of Endwell, NY and Isabel Dwornik of Endwell, NY; his sister Elizabeth Dwornik of Sunnyvale, CA; and also, Uncle Gary Dwornik of Johnson City, NY, Uncle Michael, Aunt Cindy Dwornik of Sayre, PA, Aunt Gracemary, Uncle Jed Constantz of Endicott, NY, Joseph Constantz of Endicott, NY, Jamie Walker, Luke Walker, Sage Walker of California, MD, Jeremy Fenton and Jeffrey Fenton.

As he loved cats and was at one time the proud owner of 12 of them (Sugar, Coco, Bella, Snitty, his favorite, Buddy, Mia, Mya, Stubby, Sam, Reggie, Po, and Allie), donations may be made in Dan's name to any of the following: The Humane Society, Animal Care Council, Project Paw, and SPEAK Animal Hospital.
