She is survived by: her sons, Jeff Pitcher (Shelly) of Plattsburgh, NY and Gary Pitcher (Diane) of Charlottesville, VA; her grandchildren, Oliver and Walden of Boulder, CO; and her siblings, Robert Messersmith (Karen) of Newark Valley, NY and Patricia Messersmith of Pinehurst, NC. She is also survived by extended family with many aunts, uncles, and cousins.
