He was predeceased by: his parents, William L. Bilka Sr. and Jarmilla Bilka; and his brother Gerald Bilka. He is survived by: his children, Lucas Bilka and Heather Spisak (Joshua Spisak); and his grandsons, Kyle and Adam Spisak.
