He was predeceased by: his parents, James Forse and Shirley Forse; and his siblings, Michael Forse, James Forse, Linda Forse and Sharon Taylor.
He is survived by: his son Benjamin Forse (Amy); his grandsons, Derek Forse and Mark Wahila; his siblings, Martin Forse (Christine) and Debbie Oakes; his brother-in-law Robert Taylor; and his friend Phyllis Quinn. He is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
