With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Todd Forkey of Endicott, New York, who passed away on April 21, 2023. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
He was predeceased by: his mother Sandi Luciani. He is survived by: his wife Ann; his father Larry Forkey (Becky); his brother Brent Forkey (Melissa); his stepfather Ralph Luciani; and his stepsister Tina Scott. He is also survived by several uncles, aunts and cousins.
