It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Thomas J. Kotasek of Endicott, New York, born in Maine, New York, who passed away on April 12, 2023, leaving to mourn family and friends. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
He was predeceased by: his parents, Matthew Kotasek and Katrina Kotasek; his wife Anna Freeman; and his siblings, John, Peter, Louis, Larry and Sophie.
He is survived by: his son Mark Kotasek (Jane) of Endicott; and his siblings, Karl of Maine, NY, Fran Vlasak, Marie Nersesian (Roy) and NJ. He is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
In lieu of flowers, memorial donations in memory of Thomas can be made to the Alzheimer's Association or to the American Lung Association.
