She was predeceased by: her parents, Stephen Tarhay (Terry) and Ida Tarhay (Gertrude); and her sister Linda Lou Tarhay. She is survived by: her husband James Gustafson (Jim); her children, Kelly Gustafson (Michael Wright) of Denver, CO, Steven Gustafson (Noelle) of Buffalo, NY and Amy Hanrahan (Quinn) of Binghamton, NY; her sister Donna Lydon (John) of Butler, PA; her nieces and nephews, Lori, Larry and Eddie; her sister-in-law Carol Clark (Bert) of Big Shanty, PA; and her cousin Mark Tarhay (Marie). She is also survived by nieces and nephews and friends.
In lieu of flowers donations can be made to St. Jude Children's Research Hospital.
