He was predeceased by: his parents, Stanley Perkosky and Anna Perkosky; his wife Sandi; and his sisters, Florence Wruck and Loretta Naylor.
He is survived by: his daughter JoAnne; his grandchildren, Jeff, Amanda Martinez, Traci, Jedd Burdick and Boone; his sister-in-law Nancy Carraro; and his son-in-law Rocky Martinez. He is also survived by several nieces, nephews and cousins.
