She was predeceased by: her husband Roger I. Hendrick. She is survived by: her children, Gary, Deb and Kim; her siblings, Sue (Jim Ballard) and Lewis (Janet Wilkins); and her grandchildren, Michael, Morgan, Ashley, Paul Michael and Alexis. She is also survived by many nieces, nephews and great grandchildren.
