With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Shirley Bowser of Endicott, New York, born in Johnson City, New York, who passed away on October 26, 2020 at the age of 78. Leave a sympathy message to the family on the memorial page of Shirley Bowser to pay them a last tribute.

She was predeceased by: her parents, Clarence Bowser and Edna Bowser (Vallequette). She is survived by: her close friend Victor Tennant; her friend Joyce Kasai; and her cousins, JoAnn Counihan (Thomas) and Colleen Vogan.

Appropriate precautions are being taken for public health concerns, including masks, and social distancing.

In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions in Shirley's name may be made to Our Lady of Good Counsel Church, Endicott, NY or the American Cancer Society.

“Shirley was my Dearest Cousin. She and I very close, we were both only children and she supported me so much. She came down on 9/17/1998 for my husbands 90th birthday and then returned back down on November 8th for our Son and his wife's tragic deaths when a huge coal truck hit them headon . She was a Jewel!! Our Son was an only child, also. It was so sad to hear that I lost her before ou 70th Wedding Anniversary. My heart is broken and I know God has received a Beautiful Angel! My Love”
