He was predeceased by: his son Paul; his sister Joanna; and his father Joseph. He is survived by: his wife Carol; his son Damian; his mother Anna; and his siblings, Mary, Annie, Joe, Michael and Vince. He is also survived by 5 grandchildren and 8 great grandchildren.
In lieu of flowers, the family is asking for donations to be made in Sebastian's name to Mercy House.
