She was predeceased by: her parents, Alfred J. Truax and Florence E. Brigham Truax Barden; her husband Charles V. McNeil; her brother Raymond H. Truax; and her daughter Lisa L. McNeil.
She is survived by: her daughters, Patricia L. Klensk and Lora; her son-in-law Allan Johnson; and her grandsons, Erik Johnson (Stephanie Zhang), Kevin Johnson (Christina Caragine), Brian Johnson, Stuttgart and Thomas Klensk Jr..
In lieu of flowers, donations may be made to the Alzheimer's Association, the Broome County Humane Society, or plant a tree in her memory.
