He was predeceased by: his parents, Signe Lawton and Wallace Lawton; and his niece Jennifer Edwards. He is survived by: his wife Betty Lawton (Bragg); his sister-in-law Patricia Buccheri; his niece Joy Thorn; and his great-nephew Ian Edwards.
In lieu of flowers donations can be made to the American Cancer Society, Endwell Methodist Church, or Mercy House in Endicott.
