He is survived by: his significant other Carolyn Pierce; his siblings, Lee Johnson (Craig) of Brentwood, TN, Richard Columbia (Nancy) of Pensacola, FL, Paul Columbia (Katherine) of Greenville, SC, Penny Mastronardi (Dennis) of Endicott, NY, Mike Columbia (Nicole) of Endicott, NY and Tom Columbia (Gail) of Hillsborough, NJ; and his pet Judy. He is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
In lieu of flowers, a contribution may be made in his honor to a local food pantry, the American Red Cross, or a charity of your choice.
