He is survived by: his sister Joan; and his children, Cindy Holder (Randy) of Vestal, NY, Jill Fazio (Tim) of Newark Valley, NY, Richard Swartz Jr. of Binghamton, NY and Wendy Drogo (Dennis) of Ruther Glen, VA. He is also survived by 9 grandchildren and 14 great-grandchildren.
