He was loved and cherished by many people including: his mother Virginia Norton Stevens; his wife Maureen Hover; his children, Richard (Julie), Alicia, Stephen (Tracey), Debra (Arthur) and Carrie (Marie); and his sister Susan Sullivan. He was also cherished by his eleven grandchildren; one great grandson.
