He was predeceased by: his parents, Dr. Rawn W. Spearman, Sr. and Daisy Leathers Spearman; his stepmother Dr. Carlesta Spearman; and his daughter Angela Joy. He is survived by: his wife Donna; his children, Aaron (Shannon) and Tiffany; his grandchildren, Zoe and Jaden; his sister Amadis Noel Spearman; his stepsiblings, Dr. Ralph Saunders II (Rebecca) and Arienne King-Comer; his brother-in-law Ross A., Jr. of Washington; and his aunt Olivia Parker. He is also survived by cousins and nieces/nephews.
