He was predeceased by: his parents, Raymond Tiffany and Beatrice Tiffany; and his sisters, Peggy, June and Loretta.
He is survived by: his wife Sharon; his sister Bonnie Smith of Owego; his children, Debra Barton, Blaine (Melita) and Valerie Todd; and his siblings-in-law, Carol and Jim Bowman. He is also survived by uncle Edward Bowen, Florida; 7 grandchildren and there spouses, and 10 great grandchildren; several niece's and nephews.
