He was predeceased by: his parents, Oscar L. Powell and Margie A. Fields. He is survived by: his significant other Cynthia Powell; his siblings, Bernadette Meeks, Amantha Powell, Guydell Powell, Joan Glover, Vaundelle Glover and Tonya Soyke; his stepchildren, Johynnie McDowell and Jenica Easterling; his uncle Walter Fields; his aunt Saundra Fields; his cousin Sean; and his nephews, Trozell and Verelle. He is also survived by nieces, great-nieces, nephews, great-nephews, cousins and in-laws.
