He was predeceased by: his parents, Christos and Savoula; his brothers, George and Spiros; and his nephew Jimmy.

He is survived by: his wife Vaso; his children, Christos (Akis), Panayota and George (Christine); his grandson Nicholas; and his sister Vasiliki (Betty). He is also survived by nieces, nephews, godchildren, grandnieces and nephews.
