She was predeceased by: her husband Antonio G Valentino; her parents, Giovanni Sbarra and Maria Sbarra; her brother Tony; her sister-in-law Elvira Sbarra; her sister Marianna; her siblings-in-law, Antonio Pittarelli, Paolo and Lucia Caticchio (Valentino); her niece Anna Pittarelli; and her nephew Donato Biondi.
She is survived by: her daughter Lisa Valentino-Colson (Douglas D. Colson); her grandchildren, Nicholas Colson (Allison Dame) and Francesca Colson (Jonathan Toves); her nieces and nephews, Janey Sbarra, Judy, Robert Wahila, Lucia Biondi, Dorina, Luigi Buttino, Renzo, Michela Caticchio, Maria Luisa, Michele DiLonardo, Nick, Anna Maria Valentino, RoseMary, Maurice Cohen, Terry and Lino Lieto; her siblings-in-law, Rodolfo and Antonietta Valentino; and her close friends, Pat and Giulia Gargano. She is also survived by several great nieces, nephews, cousins and godchildren.
Due to Covid, and at the request of the family, a celebration of life gathering will take place later in the spring.
