She was predeceased by: her parents, John S. Spurgeon and Dorothy L. Spurgeon; her son Jon Jason McMillen; and her brothers, John Dale and LeRoy W. Spurgeon.
She is survived by: her grandson Grant; her sister Carolyn M. Headrick; her nephews, Randall L. (Barbara), Ronald S. (Diana) and Roger C. Headrick (Loretta); her great-nephew Wayne McMillen; and her sister-in-law Helen Lewis Spurgeon. She is also survived by children and grandchildren.
