He was predeceased by: his parents, Richard Ross and Verna Ross; his brothers, Lee, Lewis and Alan Ross; his grandson Shawn Wright; his brothers-in-law, Bill Howell, John Russell and Rick Russell; and his nephew Joe Russell.
He is survived by: his wife Carolyn; his children, Donna Ross Hanson, Tammy Margan (Frank), Michael Howland (Mimi Benjamin), Mary Howland and Malaine Jackson (Bill); his grandchildren, April Hockenberry (Michael), Tim Jackson (Mary Slome), Ryan Jackson, Tyler Zimmerman, Kellie Patnaude (Bob), Jeffrey Margan (Erin) and Amy Phelps; his great grandchildren, Paige, Savannah, Lilia, Saoirse, Lauryn, Alexandra, Ava, MacArthur, Jeffrey, Callahan and Connor; and his sisters-in-law, Kathy Howell, Cathy Ross, Aggie Russell and Dixie Russell. He is also survived by many nieces, nephews.
