He was predeceased by: his cousin Faith Muzzy. He is survived by: his parent Sharon Slater (Sterling); his stepfather Jason Slater; his girlfriend Chrissy Oralls; his brother Sean Slater (Samantha) of Montrose, PA; his stepsiblings, Michael Slater (Brittany) of Montrose, PA, Terrence Mortenson of Binghamton, NY and Megan Slater (Danny) of Endicott, NY; his aunts, Sierra Coy and April Fowler; his grandparents, Warren, Wilda Slater, Sr. of Endicott, NY, Beatrice Phelps and Anna Acker of Kirkwood, NY; his stepfather Terry Mortenson; and his grandparents, Richard Sterling, William, Hazel Wallace and Edwin Jayne, Jr.. He is also survived by numerous aunts, uncles and cousins.
