He was predeceased by: his parents, Nicolina Parisi and Joseph Parisi; his siblings, Angie Miller (Milt), Connie Iacovelli (Tony), Lucy DeSanctis (Cy), Josie Stento (Joe), Julia Dinga (John), Mario Parisi (Margo) and Cosmo Parisi; and his former wife Irene Parisi.
He is survived by: his children, John Hounslow (Lupe), Suzanne Begley (Fran Hounslow), Annette McDaniels (Tim) and Nicole Derick (Barbara Olevano); and his stepchildren, Justin Parker (Tracey) and Ari Hunt (Deborah Parker). He is also survived by 13 grandchildren; 9 great-grandchildren; and many beloved nieces, nephews and cousins.
Due to COVID-19, a memorial service will be held at a later date.
In lieu of flowers, expressions of sympathy in memory of John can be made to American Legion 1700.
