He was predeceased by: his parents, Claire and Edmund; his sisters, Jeanne and Mary; his son Kevin; and his pet Casey.
He is survived by: his wife Virginia; his children, Lynne, Brian, Christopher (Kelly) and Colleen (David); his grandchildren, Justin, Sean, Meghan, Jonathan, Olivia and Amelia; and his great grandchildren, Luke, Olivia, Mallory and Jack.
In lieu of flowers, the family would ask for donations in Jack's honor to the St. Judes Children's Hospital.
