It is with great sadness that we announce the death of John Councilman of Endicott, New York, born in Johnson City, New York, who passed away on October 10, 2023, at the age of 73, leaving to mourn family and friends. He was predeceased by: his parents, Norman Councilman and Mary Councilman; and his sisters, Gloria Councilman Wilson and Norma Councilman Orr. He is survived by: his son Jonathan Harageones; his half-brother William Councilman; and his sister June Councilman Bowen of Maryland. He is also survived by numerous nieces and nephews.
