We are sad to announce that on June 6, 2023, at the age of 35, Jessica Rose Picciano of Endicott, New York, born in Middletown, New York passed away. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

She was predeceased by: her mother Mary Evans (Freije); and her grandmother Carol Freije. She is survived by: her children, Angelo, Marcella and Camilla Picciano; her father Craig Freeman; her grandmother Barbara Freeman; her brother Cody Freeman (Meaghan); her nieces and nephews, Cameron and Lilly; her son Frederick Picciano Jr.; and her friend Whyard. She is also survived by aunts, uncles, cousins.
