He was predeceased by: his father Wilbert Spicer, Sr.; and his sister Sharon Williams. He is survived by: his wife Carole Spicer; his children, Jeffrey T. Spicer, Jr. (Tasha), Shawn M. Spicer, Amber Nickerson (Gerald) and Britney Williams (Ian); his grandson Zachary Rifenbury; his mother Bernice Alexander; and his siblings, Bonnie Card, Wilbert Spicer, Jr., David Spicer, Sr., Fran Spicer and Gerry Leonard. He is also survived by several nieces, nephews and cousins.
