He was predeceased by: his parents, Delbert Garrow and Nora Garrow. He is survived by: his wife Winnie; his children, Tim Garrow (Janet) and Shelley Collier (Mark); his grandson Ian; his nephew John Garrow (Kathryn); his great-nieces, Aimee and Jennifer; and his great-nephew James.
