He was predeceased by: his parents, Louis B. Dougherty and Clara McHale Dougherty of Pittston, PA; his siblings, Gene, Billy, Louis and Ann Marie; and his children-in-law, George Callender and Lucille Tammetta Dougherty.
He is survived by: his children, Louanne Callender, Ned (Joann Dougherty), Tom Dougherty, Beth (Ken Braun), Kay (Paul Columbia), Jerry and Barbara Dougherty. He is also survived by 18 grandchildren, 28 great grandchildren, and 5 great- great grandchildren.
