She was predeceased by: her parents, Charles, Sr. Angel and Elfreda Angel (Johnson). She is survived by: her husband William "Bill" H. Wilsey, Sr.; her children, Fran Tonkin (Theresa) of Apalachin, Robert Tonkin (Marlena) of Harrisburg, PA, Linda Dickerson of Endicott and Robin Kiser (John) of Endicott; her stepchildren, Billy Wilsey (Lisa) of Harpursville, Tina Wilsey Bishop of Missoula, MT and Tom Wilsey (Maureen) of Preston; her siblings, Ruth Angel, Hallie Canale and Bill Angel (Kathleen); and her pet Max. She is also survived by five grandchildren; two great grandchildren; 10 step-grandchildren.
