She was predeceased by: her husband Charles Donlon; and her children, David Donlon and Mary Cobb (Tim). She is survived by: her children, Bill Donlon, Linda Donlon and Roseann Kuti; her grandchildren, Brandon Cobb (Jennifer), Samantha Cobb, Stephanie Kuti and Stephen Kuti; and her great grandchildren, Theo Cobb and Tristan Cobb. She is also survived by many cousins, nieces, and nephews.
Frances was largely involved in donating to many charitable organizations and in lieu of flowers it is asked that you donate to your favorite charity in her memory.
