She was predeceased by: her parents, Frank Ruscitto and Concetta Ruscitto (Canavino); her husband Leon J. Bill; her great grandchild Maeve Moore; her brother Joe Ruscitto; and her sister-in-law Anne Ruscitto.
She is survived by: her children, Rosemary Fleury (Kevin), David Bill (Denise), Kathleen Greco (Carmen), Ronald Bill (Paula), Lee Bill (Joanne), Steven Bill (Diane) and Paul Bill (Susan); and her siblings-in-law, Rev. Msgr and Rose Bill. She is also survived by 16 grandchildren; 11 great grandchildren.
