He was loved and cherished by many people including: his parents, Carmen Santiago and Hector Santiago Sr.; his daughter Christy Marie Santiago of Virginia; and his siblings, Carmen Santiago of Freeville, NY., Robert Santiago of Florida, Hector Santiago Jr. of Endicott, NY and Norberto Sanchez Jr. of Ithaca, NY. He was also cherished by many nieces, great nieces, nephews and great nephews.
