He was predeceased by: his wife Mary; his parents, Louis Fabrizio and Louisa Fabrizio; his brothers, Ernest Fabrizio and Joseph Fabrizio; and his siblings-in-law, Monsignor, Joseph Opalenick, Vincent Colonna and Fannie Fabrizio.
He is survived by: his children, Bernadette Fabrizio of Endicott, N. Y., Mary Lou Dionne-Fabrizio (Carole) of Wells, ME., Ann Marie Smith (Randy) of Phoenix, AZ. and Edward Fabrizio (Jami) of Endicott, N. Y; his grandchildren, Damon Smith of Phoenix, AZ, Julianna and Eddie Fabrizio of Endicott, NY.; his siblings, Palma Colonna and Mario Fabrizio (Aggie) of Endicott, N. Y.; and his siblings-in-law, Peter, Jane Opalenick of Nichols, N. Y., Mary Opalenick of Spencerport, N. Y. and Filomena Fabrizio of Aledo, TX. He is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
