She was predeceased by: her parents, Asa Hills and Anna Hills; her husband George Kozich; her brothers, Gerald and Karl Hills; her sister-in-law Sally Hills; and her niece Suzanne Whalen.
She is survived by: her nieces and nephews, Mike Hills (Beth), Julie Brezee (Barbara), Eric Hills, Kara Bristow (Bill), Jerry Hills (Kathleen) and Mark Hills (Jen); and her caregivers, Mike, Beth Hills, Mallory D'Amigo and Conchi Mitchell. She is also survived by many friends, neighbors.
