He was predeceased by: his parents, Walter Gritman and Marion Gritman (Crum); his wife Mary; his daughter Faye; his siblings, Richard Gritman, Shirley Howard, Beverly, Wesley, Ralph and Jimmy Gritman; and his grandson Andrew 'AJ Pedley.
He is survived by: his children, Robert, Maxine Haskell (Michael), Jill Pedley (Bounlom Inthirath) and Bonnie Gritman; and his sister Helen Belle (Vince). He is also survived by 7 grandchildren, 9 great grandchildren, nieces, nephews and cousins.
