He was predeceased by: his parents, Ralph Osborne and Frances Osborne; his brothers, Walter Brooks, Marvin Brooks and David Osborne; and his daughter Dawn Osborne Pike.

He is survived by: his wife Donna; his children, Melissa (Kyle McGonigal) and Adam Osborne (Andrea); his grandchildren, Connor, Chloe, Kira Osborne and Ethan Pike; his sister Dawn; and his brother-in-law George Safranek.
