She was predeceased by: her parents, John Avery and Annie Avery. She is survived by: her husband Charles Collins; her children, Michael Collins, Lisa Collins, Sheri Collins and James Collins; her grandchildren, Jadyn, Connor, Caiylene and Navy; and her siblings, Debbie Deemie, Mark Avery (Flo), Matthew Avery (Deborah) and Russell Avery (Lorie).
